We’re happy to invite chef @anhdaoline from France to spend a couple days in our kitchen.

Anh Dao is a young Franco-Vietnamese chef. She has developed a cuisine that bridges her Asian origins and her education in French cuisine. She started cooking in Paris, then in Lisbon.

She will create an a la carte menu that highlights her Vietnamese up bringing, and our team will supplement the menu with a few dishes from our kitchen.

Reservations are open for dinner (18-22) on March 18th & for lunch (12-3) on March 19th.

Our friends from @vinopertutti.nl will be pouring some wines on the 18th!
